Welcome to Sounds Good For You, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and what it is that I do.
While music alone is wonderful, sound has so much more to offer us. The importance of sound and frequency to our health has much more of a bearing on us than many people truly understand.
I’ve always had a strong interest in music and everything related to it. From the earliest opportunity, I began participating in music lessons as a young child. As I have grown, naturally my interest in music increased and I started to research sound and frequency, what it meant and what it could do. My research has led me to some fascinating discoveries.
Music and sound is all around us. Music is an integral part of our lives and I am really fascinated by just how much music can inspire us, give us support, strength, courage and help us bring a group of people together.
Sounds, song, and music can evoke a wide variety of feelings in all of us. Music can make us feel happy, it can bring us joy and it can motivate us. It can also bring us down and make us feel sad. Songs can remind us of an exciting part of our lives, or remember the sad parts.
Your voice is an integral indicator of how we think and feel. The sounds we make and the way in which we speak or sing is a good pointer of how we are feeling mentally and emotionally. When we are feeling depressed, upset or unwell, our voice changes. Often, you can tell how someone is feeling just from the way they sound.
Sound has the power to help us alleviate our physical pain, and help us to shift our emotional, mental, and psychological states. Sounds can also help us to realign with our natural frequency, bringing about healing, harmony, and connection.
There are so many different ways to use sound for healing. The best way to determine whether Vibrational Retraining Sound Therapy is for you, is to give it a try!
